This is important because if any subcontractor or person were to get insured on your property during the construction, a lawsuit could be filed and that would put the entire project into a legal nightmare and shut down funding. Our policy protects the owner of the property. General Liability insurance is expensive and hard to get. Most builders do not have it. We do.

We also carry a realtors license. We can help any mortgage company or bank if they are taking over a property. We can secure it, make any repairs needed and market it. We can also list a home for a client and drastically reduce the commission costs of the sale if we are the ones building your new home. This alone can save you on average 12k on your home sale. There is not a project we can’t handle or build. Check out our gallery of projects we have finished and are currently doing. We also have had our architect value design some house models that we can build and sell for under 200K. We have lenders that will also do 100% financing for these models and that includes closing costs. These models have foam insulation, wood floors, 30 year roofs and comes with a warranty from a warranty company that we have an account with. The houses may be inexpensive, but they are very high quality. When we build for you, we build with your best interests in mind. We are very conscious that this is a big investment and we go overboard to make this successful for you.
